Enrich Salon - Beauty Parlour in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I have been a regular Enrich customer for other branches and about this branch didn't have a good experience. Though some stylists are good, the place needs serious attention in up skilling from a quality perspective. Had a haircut here where they didn't even ask what needed to be done and shortened the hair hence it was a point of no return. Had to reduce my beard which I was planning on growing because of this and now I am with a haircut and beard which I really don't like and appreciate spending 2-3k on. Doesn't make sense to charge customers premium if the services don't live up to that price. Invest in people and better stylists than material things is the only advice I can give and for others word of caution for getting their money's worth.

I have been coming to enrich from 2 years, highly recommend Vishal he is excellent in his job, I Love to colour my hair very frequently he gives very good suggestion about hair colour and which product are good for my hair, Best part i like about him is he will inform how much it will cost before starting the process because most of the people don't do that and we end up paying a lot.

My first time experience at enrich was amazing! Seema is a complete professional and really enhanced my look with her skills. She is a delight to talk and her skills are extraordinary.

Seema , staff at Chandivaki does her work with some much love and passion. Just love something about down people . Although all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Never ever a bad experience at the salon .

Recently i visited enrich salon and i must say my experience was highly disappointing. I have been doing long length layer haircut for long now from different a salon however wanted to try a different hairstylist this time just for a change so visited enrich salon Chandivali and instead of long length my hairs are way little shorter (which i wasn't expecting)and i realized that after the haircut was done . Maybe the stylist didn't get my expectations. I would commend the lady who did my eyebrows though , the only reason i have given 3 stars is because the eyebrows were done very nicely . Not sure if i am gonna visit again however if so i would definitely want the team to take this as a feedback and do better in future . as a customer i am paying a certain amount and like me everybody deserves that kind of service. It will be unacceptable to give some substandard haircut just for the name sake! Also just to add staff was courteous though! Thanks for your service do better!
