Visited Enrich Salon 26 Nov 2023. Appointment booking through phone call was really helpful. Good communication for checking the slots and confirming bookings. Receptionist at the counter was so welcoming and clear with the booking info. Very sharp timing: I reached here 5 minutes before time. They called me at the exact timing. Hair cutting and beard dressing was done to my satisfaction. The team is well versed with all devises and machineries. This is helping to increase their efficiency and precision of work. I was checking with the skin care services while booking and personal n attending the call suggested to discuss this with the technician at salon. But the technician was busy. Suggestion: It is better to understand the need of the customer and check simultaneously with the technician and give feedback/confirmation on confirming the time slot. This will avoid unnecessary confusion and disappointments of the customer. Great team work can improve the service further. I'm satisfied with the service and will visit next time.

Got my pedicure done from Anjum. She is really good. My feet were all dry and I had dead skin all over my toes. She did a fantastic job and got my feet looking all clean and moisturised. Happy with the service given by her.

I always come here for my manicure and pedicure and the only person I demand is Anjum! She does her job in an organised and patient manner and it's been over 4 years that I only go to her for my pedicures! Totally recommend enrich marol and Anjum :)
