Enrich Salon - Beauty Parlour in Thane - Thane, India

I was very happy with my haircut and shave done by Sandeep. He did a great job and was very helpful in explaining his thought process behind what he was doing. My only issue is that they are too overbearing in trying to make you get excessive procedures and buy their products. If they just ask once or tell you products are available its fine but they constantly keep doing it and it gets really annoying.

I went for haircut and hair colour service. I was assisted by Kuldeep. He is very professional and kind. He took time to explaining about the colour I should try and what would look best on me. I am very happy with the final result. Thanks Kuldeep!

They charge more than what they advise before starting service. i went for botox and pedicure and manicure...they charged for advanced but provided classic ....they also add 10% for senior staff although all staffs tell themself senior ..just to charge extra. Never trust them for pricing...highly unprofessional people...lady at desk never informed about 10% additional add up for senior staff....even for getting invoice copy i have to go there 3 times. They basically cheat. Never trust them.

No rating i had a horrible experience. I was given an appointment at Viviana Salon for nail extensions and when i reached there they had an excuse which was unimaginable for such a big salon which has branches all around. The reason was they dint have a desired product required for nail extensions due to which i had to leave without doing one after being a member of Enrich. My excitment went down the drain in this festival time.I had spent atleast 350 bucks travelling to this place. And what i got was nothing and instead of giving me any other appointment for the same they just came to me and say no we cannot arrange for the product. Looks they were not interested in making any business.Please anyone who would want to do nail extensions be prepared for such lame excuses from the staff.

Service is good be it hair colouring and explaining the products they sell, in fact they help u to try on , but not truthful staff for which I have reduced 2 stars. Normally if a beauty product slips and falls from a staff and breaks open then usually they give customers a new piece. Here they dump the product on you saying u have opened and all, disappointed!

Kunal did a fantastic job.I did the Botox. The only issue is with their pricing. On the phone they said Rs. 4750. Later when I reached there they said Rs.5600. Then while billing they said Rs. 6000plus.Then I had to tell them that where is the discount offer. I think they should be more clear about their pricing. Otherwise the services are good. The staffs are professional and very friendly.
