I stayed at this hostel in Pondicherry this February and overall had a good experience Location - The hostel is conveniently located, close to the Rock Beach and prominent places. While the market area can be a bit congested, its proximity to key attractions is a definite plus. Rooms - My room with 2 bunk beds was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the Pondicherry heat. Service - The two hosts are incredibly friendly and manage the place efficiently. Their hospitality made my stay enjoyable. Pricing - I found the pricing to be quite affordable, at around 1,400 for 2 nights. It's an excellent choice for solo travelers on a budget. Overall, this hostel offers a great combination of location, clean rooms, friendly hosts, and budget-friendly .
My stay at the Eness hostel in Pondicherry was very amazing. The kind and helpful receptionist gave good advice for visiting the region. The hostel's excellent location made it easy to get to everything, and I really enjoyed my time on the rooftop. Although I wish they had a cooker so that guests could prepare their own meals, I genuinely appreciate their kindness. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
The hotel is good and the location is very close to white town and major attractions in pondi, sanjay is a nice person, if you go early or check out late they will allow you to use the common area, only cons I found is they could have given some good blanket.
Everything about this hostel is excellent. When you reach there,staff will welcome you with a smile. They have a pretty good common area, balcony and kitchen. And the main attraction is the location. Stayed here for 4D and 3N, very neat and clean. Washroom are also cleaned. AC rooms and hot water also available. Best thing about this is Location. Location is perfect it's very near to Rock / promenade beach (walkable distance). Walkable distance from pondicherry railway station also.
Very nice hostel. We visited from mumbai and arrived pondicherry around 7am. Early check in was not allowed as all rooms were occupied but we were allowed to use common area and washroom on the terrace also on the last day of check out too as our train was late. We also used their kitchen, terrace area and indoor games. Overall we had good experience with ENESS.
