Best gym one could have in Vijay Nagar. Very spacious and equipments are also in good condition. Trainers here are also really helpful and well knowledged. Been here since 2months and really enjoy working out here daily. Crowded place in the evening. Crowd is also good here. Just need to focus on rerack system of weights. Overall good experience.
Best and Awesome gym till now in scheme 78 area in 7000 sq feet area, having all important machines and equipments. It is near to prestige college.

Hi Everyone, my review is specific for those people who have never been to a gym before, On my first i was pretty nervous but trainers are so friendly that it makes me come every day at gym.. specially 'Shivendra Sir' Thank you for turning my "cannots" into "cans." You've pushed me further than I thought I could go, and shown me that I can reach my physical goals.

I started working out with in Energym since the very started and has slowly changed and improved myself. The equipments and the machine are best of the best. There is plenty of space to take rest and do your warm-up even in the busy hours. The best quality of the gym is it's open for 24x7 you can workout whenever you want.
It's the best place to work out especially the environment is very friendly and the trainer are well educated and guide you through your workout.
