Energie Gym Shanti Vihar - Gym in New Delhi, Delhi - East, India

I have been going to this gym for more than 2 years. Though it is a bit distant from where I live but Somehow I find it very convenient. Pros 1. Ample space for parking is available with a Valet for Car parking. 2. Spacious and clean. 3. Cycle, treadmill, locker, various cardio equipments are available. 4. Reception staff is helpful and polite. 6. All trainers are well dressed and helpful. Cons 1. Staff changes frequently especially general trainers. This causes a bit of discomfort as after u get used to a trainer, they introduce a new one. And after a while the old one comes back. 2. There is a dedicated set of exercise for people under general training prescribed on a card. Trainers are instructed to not to tell any other exercise than the one mentioned on the card unless u take personal training. 3. In evening it gets really crowded but that is story of every gym. Overall the gym is great, staff is great. The policies of their management and the exercise on the card must be updated. Otherwise... The competition of Gyms is also great.

I am having an amazing experience over here. All the trainers and helpers are really good and helpful they don't do there work as there are being paid of but with full devotion and their heart into it. I really like all the things.Also how can i forget prerna mam, diet given by her is amazing and is working wonders for me !!

Excellent gym, spacious with big cardio section and they maintain a good hygiene, overall a nice place and it does not burn a hole in your pocket.

My experience here wasnt good at all. The staff isnt well trained and very rude as per my experience. I had been there with one of my friends and had her take the membership, ideally they should have given me 1 month free referral which they lied and refused about later. Their manager named 'Kinay' also said that I am lying about the entire situation. However I had an eye witness and a proof that was their own receptionist named 'Ruby' who claimed that and favoured me but in the end this gym was a nightmare and had been a bad experience for real. Also they have made their prices so cheap now, that it is attracting bad crowd and it doesnt feel safe or cool place to be atleast for girls now. Cheap things are always on sale as they say. Clearly Energie has degraded their standards overtime. If you are looking for a gym in shanti vihar, prefer going to Father of fitness or Gold gym which are better options.

I workout here, Fantastic gym! The equipment variety and cleanliness are top-notch. Mr. Javed is the best and most experienced trainer here. And these guys have a lots of helpers too. However, a small suggestion to enhance the experience would be to if they add a couple of air purifiers. It would greatly benefit the gym as the air of delhi is already worse and the weight section is in the basement so it smells dusty,

Manish sir is a very good trainer and he helped me alot during my time here. Would highly recommend joining this gym to start your fitness journey!!

This is a spacious gym which is fully equipped. The best part is the trainers, they are highly professional. I am taking PT from Nitin Sir, and he is one of the best trainer with a great experience and knowledge about the all the exercises. Will highly recommend this gym.
