Very bad experience. The gym have 2 standard trainer assisting more then 20 people at a time and doesn't concentrate on the workout They are very irresponsible about gym trainer ,washroom amenities overall management is very poor Very poor experience, never ever suggest this gym to any one Totally wastage of money and time after joining this gym for 3month

Bought 3 machines from them . Sach a bad experience with the staff SHWETA Am very disappointed with that lady She is so rude & unprofessional She showed her Cheap behaviour . She took our 97,000 rs in her pocket. I can show her chat where she had mentioned. Actually it'll reflect very badly on your business. Will not recommend Energie Fitness to anyone. All waisted just for that Cheap Lady Shweta.

Wish I could Give 0 Star. Worst equipment by Energy Fitness. Sent Made in India febricated wall mount cable cross in the name of imported machine. The machine looks second hand with broken pullyes, rust on various parts of pipes, old used handles. Worst worst worst. To make it a disaster, the customer care after sells support executives are not agreeing that they made a fool of me and cheated for selling the equipment. They do not have QC team who check whther the machine is imported or made in india with local febricator, whether it is good in terms of selling to the customer or needs proper finishing. 0 out of 10 for quality of machine 1 out of 10 for aftersells support -1 out of 10 for cheating customer while selling 1 out of 10 for solving the query 1 out of 10 for the packaging

Hi Everyone, I'm writing this for the bad experience faced with the product and seller. Such an expensive products they won't accept return and refund of the product more than just 10 days. This product got failed working in just 2 months with a very minimal usage. I attached the picture of the product dismantle due to the motor burnt. They had sent a technician to check the device, at the moment he saw the device he said that this product motor life is maximum 6 months only even the seller knows this very well. So after one year your investment is totally loss, the seller warranty period is over. Then the product will be no use at all. And if you are returning any parts you have to take care of the courier charges. please consider the weight and the courier charges. Totally loss of my money. I bought this product via amazon, you can check my review there also. I checked with amazon regarding my problem, but their reply is if you buy Amazon fulfilled product we will help, Energie fitness is not an amazon fulfilled seller so we cant help in this case. So I recommend everyone, if you buy such an expensive products kindly go with Amazon full filled sellers.
