One of the nicest place if you are really keen to improve your overall physique, posture and flexibility. The trainers are knowledgeable and cater to your specific needs. Expensive but you get your money's worth.

This studio is spacious and the changing rooms and toilets are clean .The trainers are very polite and keeps an eye on the performance of the members. The crowd is good . One must be ready to pay high membership fees for the studio. I have just been there for few days only hence deeper insight can be given after a month

This is a great place to workout. I'm visiting Calcutta and decided to go here for a bit. The gym has cable machines and a leg press and rowing machines. The remaining is a wide range of equipment for weight strength and functional training. What I liked most was ... 1. If you're new to a gym or a beginner or even just not sure ... this seems like a super friendly place. 2. The trainers are super helpful and take self initiative to extend help which is really nice especially when you're new to a place and have no idea what is where 3. The culture overall is friendly and warm 4. A diverse set of people from young to much older 5. They have really clean lockers too (I've only seen the women's one though) I like that they are really particular about not allowing outside shoes in their area and this keeps everything really clean. They also help with corrective exercises. If you're in Kolkata and not sure ... I would say this Is a place to check out and see how you feel. I went to the one in ballygunge and this review is exclusively for this center only. Note : I go 7am and this is a busy time there so maybe call and go when they are less rushed. Since I went to many places before deciding... I hope this helps. On first impression I chose this place because of their friendly warm culture. This is a huge deal when you're working out as you should feel comfortable to workout.

Extremely expensive. It's okay to be expensive to maintain class but politeness comes with good service . During my 1 month visit to Kolkata at my parents place I wanted to join them, but they neither tried to come to a mutual agreement nor were they interested in such short term membership.. business ??

Worst gym to join. Trainers keep demotivating you so that you succumb to the pressure of taking personal training. There are no such Equipments as they call it a "corrective exercise gym" The membership fees is also quite high as compared to other good gyms in the vicinity and the quality of the trainers is sub standard. I joined the gym with assurance from the admin that in case of a lockdown the membership will be extended by that particular time but afterwards they rolled out skype sessions with trainers joining in from their personal devices ( so you can only imagine the quality of those) and did not extend my membership or return my money. They create everyday workout charts for every member and don't even explain what is written in those charts and expect the members to follow it. If you don't have a designated trainer or if he is not present on a particular day then it is a nightmare as other trainers will just make comments instead of actually helping out and find faults in each other's training method and confuse the member. There is no option for a free - demo class as well which is a very basic ask from these so called premium gyms. Had to pay INR 500/ for a demo class for which they asked for cash. Since I did not have cash at that moment they asked for another 5% to pay online via Google pay. Highly recommended not to join the gym!
