The hospital working hours from 6am to 9pm but the hospital opened around 6:20am and the staff came at reception at 6:30 am and at the lab sample collection boy came to the hospital by 6:50am all we were waiting here nearly one hour... Dear All, In this Hospital Doctor is Good, But they made to Await for a Long Time, Upon receipt of Test reports, the staff do not attend properly, no proper communications, and no respect to Old citizens, irrespective of their other health problems, they made the old citizens to wait for long time even after requesting also, they ignored, may be not intensional but they got habituated, since the same was happening for every visit. Specially the Two ladies in the pic, they always ignoe us and send the rest of the patients to doctors who come late than us, No Proper system also, they keep blabbering and chat always. Pls take necessary action to avoid unnecessary talkings and take concern about parents
Hospital staff behaviour is not good . Long distance people do not visit this hospital. I have made an appointment in the call I traveled 4.5 hours and visited this hospital two times but was unable to meet the doctor because every time they are telling the doctor is busy consult another doctor (general physician) I have 1 time consulted the endocure ology Dr.Sathish . Second time i visited this hospital for review with confirmation helpdesk team ( receptionist). Every time they told me doctor is busy consult the other phystion. They are demanding not requesting. I have travelled 4.5 hours and visited the hospital staying in hotel for next day opintment at 12 pm that dat also same repeated. My time and money wasted and i have not meet the doctor endocrinologist.
Endocare hospital doctors(Dr Staish Chandra garu) are very good and well experienced. but 2 stars only. Hospital staff behavior is very very bad. Especially sample collection team room number 3, they are completely unprofessional. They don't even know how to respect patients. They are behaving like govt hospital staff.
