Encore Inn - Hotel in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

This is the Worst Hotel i have ever Visited The Facilities as mentioned in the Online Platform are totally Different The Fridge Was Not Working ,they Did not Provide basic Toiletries and More Over the Towels they Provided had many holes in it The Officers at the Hotel did not even showed their humanity when we asked to give a room for 5 min to change for ladies To add up more Aftr Check out when they asked us to book a room again for Changing and behaved in a very rude manner with the ladies Don't stay here under any circumstances. No mirror in the bathroom No hot water supply for bathing No manager to give feedback regarding the above. No aplologies / regrets for poor room and poor service

The maintenance of the room is very very poor. All the bed sheets are torn and badly stained and they look as if they have not been washed since a long . And if you ask for a fresh one they reply that this is what they have . You ask for a water bottle they say that they are sending, but they never send . Overtall stay is a very very bad experience

From where should I start, ok let me start with AC because vizag was too humid and hot. so during my whole stay my AC never worked properly. even after repeated requests the hotel staff or anyone didn't bother to check or help me with a solution. 2nd thing i had to request for water bottles everyday. no room service was done. 3rd at least they should be giving me the toiletry like toothpaste and soap. No that is also missing. The washroom has two cup boards and the doors weren't getting closed at all. i had to call them multiple times to get it fixed. I don't know if that is the problem with the floor where I'm staying or any other thing. but my stay at Encore Inn was not at all happy.

Awesome services I like this hotel facilities and I want to come here again. I am very satisfy room service of this hotel and working staff member also. All types of service is good here included food. We felt awesome.

Pleasant stay It's a very nice hotel to stay. I stayed here only for oneday. It was good . Hotel rooms are very comfortable and neat and clean. Food was very tasty . The staff was very profficinal and always they are smiley faces . Which was well maintained and the service quality is excellent .

Receptionist vijay and nagesh are very good at service Another lady is there she is like roadside labour Rooms are worst No ac working properly Just centre location

Everything was good except the AC which was always troubling, there was no Kettle for Hot water in the Room. Executive rooms are Good and spacious.
