Hands down the best Yoga Instructor and studio in the city. Wonderful Trainer, spacious and a variety of exercises that are perfect for any level of experience. Highly recommend this studio, which has become one of the things I look forward to most every day!!!

I have been to plethora of Yoga instructors. Hari sir is a one of a kind rare yoga instructor with amazing energy. At the end of every class you will feel a sense of relaxation and peace. I highly recommend him as your go to Yoga Guru.
Apart from completing our routine workout according to schedule, he takes care of other parameters to make you fit and healthy in terms of mental peace by meditation and power yoga.

It's been almost 4 months since I joined yoga here and I must say the journey so far has created wonders to the body from setting my sleep cycle, indulging flexibility, reducing weight, stress relief and predominantly analyzing oneself!
(This stands on top for a person who does 9-5 job and doesn't focus on their postures & health!)
Along with the traditional yoga, our instructor emphasises on practicing yoga with different props be it dumbbell, bricks, ball, chair, stick, straps etc. ( OMG!!feels sweat is your fat loss)
I'm grateful to our instructor Hari sir for his best teaching, dedication and encouragement.
He always provides wisdom on the Aasans we are doing and helps us understand the wonders it makes to our body!
Not to exaggerate but Hari Sir is just best of the best instructor!

Sharing my experience in simple words will be a difficult task. However, I'm the one who don't have anything physical activity before this. Although on join to this yoga made me feel better in just few days like peace in mind,feeling light and was having no running mind had a good sleep.
Such benefits in few days will make ur more excited, which made me understand how important it is to workout. Hari sir will make you do beyond the way. you'll be amazed after seeing yourself doing such power yoga steps.

Excellent trainer. He helps a lot to mske ourselves beautiful. I lost 4 to 8 kgs in 3 months, but shape turned excellent. He suggested good diet. In 3 months, I can see big transformation. But must go regularly to gym.
