In the beginning I just thought it would be a nice way to spend the waiting time for the flight, it turned out to be the best massage I ever had. I highly recommend Asif, he is amazing masseur, with magic hand and great technique. The place is very pleasant and clean, you could take a shower after the treatment and it's very comfortable and well decorated. I took the 90min massage and it was around 80$ (they also offer 45 min and 60min)

I really appreciate the honesty and sincerity of the staff at the spa. While taking shower at the spa one of my finger ring slipped and I left the spa in a hurry to catch my Flight. To my surprise I was told that fChanchal. From the Spa was waiting for me to give me my ring. My sincere thanks to the Spa employees. The massage was really relaxing and one of the best I ever had. Once again I really appreciate the crew from Air India and Spa.

He was extremely professional and he made sure my injured ankle was treated with care . It was one of the best massage experience I had.
First experience was good, but second time I went and I really needed a head massage the front desk lady denied. There was staff that just left the spa and I cam to know their shift changes at around 7 ao they were in a hurry to close up and change their shift. This is sad to know specially if your a famous brand !
My husband and I both had a massage at Encalm Spa just before we boarded our flight. Rajesh & Asif were absolutely brilliant and gave us the most relaxing 45 minute foot massage.
