Excellent gym with highly knowledgeable trainer.very comfortable place especially for ladies.i got an amazing result with in one month I highly recommend this place for weight loss .Mr .Anas (trainer) is a very good trainer and he give well diet plan for fatloss. one of the best gym in kollam with affordable price also .
