We've have been ordering chicken from eMurga since late 2019. I'll keep the review sweet & simple, yet provide an honest feedback to the owner. Good Things: 1. Quality of chicken and packaging is good. Weight measurement is also accurate, as we often cross-check the using our own food-weighing scale at home. 2. The owner appears to be very entrepreneurial and takes criticism / suggestion positively and addresses concerns quickly. 3. Placing an order especially for older people who might not be very accustomed to online shopping still can place orders easily through WhatsApp. 4. Most of the time, their order is quickly delivered within the same day (eg. order placed at early morning can be delivered before afternoon). Things that eMurga can improve: 1. Website needs a refresh, like as soon as possible. The current website, to say the least is just barely functional. May be the owner can look into solutions such as Shopify (although it can be a bit expensive). Giving their site a refresh will probably help younger generation in placing their orders efficiently than through WhatsApp (which is better for older generation), so having both a good website and WhatsApp will work. 2. This is just a nitpick, they should spend some time in marketing their website / company. Not a lot of people know about them yet, which is not good because their service and product experience is way higher than what others are offering at the moment. Conclusion: Good product and service experience but tech and marketing can be improved significantly. We'll continue order from eMurga for the reasons mentioned above. worst service. I have ordered 500gm chicken from their website they confirmed the order also through mail and whatsapp and told that next day they will deddedelived. But next day till 2p.m they didn't call me. So I have called them but they didn't pick up. I have asked them in whatsapp then they confirmed that they can't be processed 500gm. I have to take 1kg. Even I Asked them that in your website it is written that 500gm in rs.100. They just said sorry and end the conversation. So please don't buy from here. You guys are lier. You confirm the order through mail but didn't call or whatsapp to inform that you can't provide 500 gm chicken. After placing the order even I called you also to proceed the order on the same day but as you told that I have placed the order after 12.30pm so it will be process on next day only. Even I have received the invoice through mail. Here I cannot pasre the screenshot of the mail or whatsapp massage otherwise I will definitely post the same. Why I am writing all this thing do you know that. If you guys called me or even whatsapp or mail me atlest that you cannot process the order then it absolutely fine but you didn't inform me. Even till now no where in your website it is mention that I cannot buy 500gm chicken. You guys only given the option 500gm chicken in Rs.100. So don't tell all this rubbish thing. Our today,'s get together cancelled because of this. You guys can say sorry after I told that I will give 0 in google review but didn't inform me that you can't process the order. Guys don't buy from here. They are chitter.
