First destination for first line treatment not having large fecilities hospital good for gynaecology department

I had a bad experience with this hospital. It was few years back, in the night I reached there for an emergency case, but there was no any doctors available in casualty. Then went to St Joseph agastianmuzhi, there also same experiance. Finely reached at omassery Santhi hospital casualty, there had duty doctors. But specialist not available.

Why are people even going there, very bad experience they should either change management and doctors or close forever, why create bad names to the town
