Rooms are ok, without windows it feels claustrophobic. There is renovation work going on which disturbs before 5 pm. The breakfast which was part of the package was pathetic as it is served in room because of renovation and I was served juice and bread as nothing else was ready. The rates are higher than nearby hotels offering better value for money and comforts. Stayed there couple of time but I guess there is no scope of improvement and I cannot pay such a high rate for bad service. location is the only good thing . Bathrooms are not having liquid soaps as no one checks before room is assigned.
Clean and decent place to stay overnight for the onward journey. Food is not expensive and is just palatable nothing out of the world. Service is prompt and instructions are very clearly understood. That's the plus point. Rooms are also not very expensive, location is good and is on the main road towards Almora.
Start from the check in to the check out, our experience was outstanding! The food is delicious at Andaaz Restaurant, start from the soup to the kebabs to the curries and Biryani! Genuinely served by the front of the house team and lead by a great leader wonderful team absolutely worth staying at this hotel.
Worst service...Manager doesn't uses his brain, even for petty things he is dependent on his GM who himself is non cooperative and egoistic. The GM should be thrown out of the hotel immediately as he there to fight with customers and is so unfriendly.
It was poor. Heave construction work was in progress on 4th floor during day time. We were given room on 3rd floor. We could not stay for an hour in the hotel. Also the 4 days package was booked and paid in advance. The hotel staff is not ready to adjust the amount .

Staff behaviour is very rud, food is very disgusting, i go to kitchen for complain about food, kitchen is totally very very dirty, gutter is open, room me no Air circulation, room service is very poor, no change the bedsheet, mineral water charges is 40rs + tax it's very high and wrong as per rules, electricity disconnect very often, kitchen staffs like chef is not any education for any food industry , all staff is very rude behaviour, for complaint no one is responsible, reception person speaks like tu tari we are coming for medical treatment highly not recommended
Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable .
