Good treatment .good disipline. Good managment. And good clean care also . Most guard behavior is very good but and most doctors behavior also very good . Some sister 's behavior is good but most sister's is not good And 58 pathology department staff behavior is very bad

Hospital are good... But hospital staff didn't want to listen patient problem.

1st time I visited there,I was shocked by the reply of lady staff at counter,I just asked her how can I get my treatment done here.. she says I can't tell you I have a lot of work to do, I don't have time,at that time no one was there at the counter ,I was alone at counter with one security guard. very bad experience.

ESIC Hospital Is real a good & model hospital

There is need to teach hospital staff especially medicine giving staff how to behave with patients....they are soo rude to patients....even doctors don't behave properly....not proper treatment are given...... proper monitoring should be done to see they are behaving properly or not....and accordingly proper action should be taken..... unsatisfied with all such government hospital

Behavior of Doctors and staff is not good. No proper advice and suggestions given. They don't refer to other tie-up hospital for super-specialty treatment even though the insured person and his family members are eligible for SSTs. Doctors gives general medicines and will ask to continue for days and if you request for private hospital referrals for better treatment/facilities, you will be asked to go to RIMS, Ranchi. Patients deserves quality healthcare not your rudeness. Worst experience.

BADDDD ,THE MEDICAL STAFFS WHO SERVE MEDS TREAT US LIKE BEGGERS THEY THROW AND GIVE TF ,AND MAJORITY STAFFS ARE RUDE VERY BAD BEHAVIOUR EXCEPT DOCTORS especially skin DOCTOR , ( Dr. Sweta Komal ) SHE'S THE BEST PERSON I MET IN THIS FRK HOSPITAL SHE'S AND KIND AND HUMBLE AND BEAUTIFUL TOO ,SHE TREAT ME LIKE HER SON SHE'S VERY LOVELYYYYY EHEHEH BUT STAFFS ARE BAD AGAIN UGH!
