One of the best hotel I've ever stay till now. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. I had a wonderful experience at the Empire stay. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you!. The staff at this property are all great! Overall had good experience. Rooms are clean and neat. In house restaurant is not there that's a disadvantage you can order from room but for breakfast you have to choose and then they will give in room.
I stayed here for a day on 17th oct. Room was neat and clean. But the AC wasn't cooling at all. We requested at reception multiple times but they didn't resolve it. There is a free wifi, but we were not receiving signal in the room. I won't recommend this hotel for even single-day stay
The hotel manager is very nom sense person as during my breakfast time, he was asking that how many person are in room even he knows room booked for 2 person because while asking for extra plate of breakfast which was absolutely free ,he assumes that my colleagues from another room come and joins the breakfast in my room even though it was not like that. I want owner number because while asking the manager, he said it's not permitted to share owner number. I will not going to book this hotel further because this non-sense behaviour of manager even though I booked 4 rooms for 3 days.
