Every time I come here our orders are delayed. Staff appears to be not prepared to handle high volume. Sequence of food serving not followed. Starter served after main course. At the peak hours there should be someone to help you get the table by making a queue. It's very frustrating when you see people coming after you get the table before you. Overall not very good dining experience.

I absolutely love the Tawa chicken wings. For me it's the best wings I ever had. Biryani is decent , Butter chicken is absolutely lovable. I don't prefer eating butter chicken but I liked it here at Empire.

Always get great food and service. This Empire have really amped up the menus with their desserts. Also the food is reasonably priced. Can get really busy at times.

I had a fantastic time at Empire! The atmosphere was vibrant, and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed Chilli chicken and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Good food and a nice place for the family to get together,the quantity of biriyani also serves 4 to five people.

The food here is top class as always. But in my experience, the service here is mostly only a 1star or 2star because they dont mind us when we call them to order the food. They just see us and straight up ignore. Also, they have this stigma towards college students (not towards families). So, for food, this is one of the best places you can go to nearby places. But service here is poor in my opinion.

I had ordered ghee rice and chicken pepper gravy for parcel around 12 midnight , and when I reached home and opened the parcel , instead of ghee rice there was white rice. Such a carelessness and pathetic service it is and where as you have charged me for ghee rice and given me white rice , and now I am calling the hotel landline number and no one is answering, please maintain a professional customer service , this wasn't expected from your food chain , please don't do this to your customers and loose your value
