Placed an order from Swiggy. Just look at the "special empire chicken" they sent! It's has been stripped if all meat. On top of that the pieces were less. Why open a restaurant or work in it if you don't have the heart to give people food? And not for free. That abomination costed 198 rupees + tax. Pathetic

The food is typical, tasty Empire food. Love it. But this is THE NOISIEST restaurant in Bangalore that I've been to. Everyone in almost every table is LOUD. They're screaming. I have a recording, too. Not the fault of the staff. The staff are very nice.

We asked for the non veg thali, but the waiter said it's not available at this time, but the same dish was serving to other 2 tables infront of us, when we questioned the answer was it will take more time to prepare the thali so they are not serving it for the dinner, and the manager was instructed the waiters not to take the orders, but my question is why? If they have the nenu they should serve anytime for everyone, it's kind of the partiality, they are serving it some customers and not to others. We visited the restaurant specially for the thalis, that too after checking their nenu on Google, but we ended up with having something else which we didn't like. It was an unpleasant experience at Empire.
