Empire Plaza - Non Vegetarian Restaurant in Kochi, Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

On 24/09/23 Sunday by 9pm I went this Empire plaza restaurant with family. Ordered Arabic Tandoori platter. After long 40 minutes waiting we received the items. Chicken, fish grills are just okay. But Mutton grill is a worst item I have ever had. Not well cooked and it was like rubber. Actually we suffered too much. Then I informed to the service person (a slim guy), that time he said it's due to meat, which they usually been using. Actually not yet experienced this type of service everbefore. Nothing happened when I share the matter to somebody who were in billing area. Staffs of the restaurant were arguing. Here by sharing video of my tussle with mutton. Not recommending.

We went with family in lunch time.The staff is not suggesting the food orders according to our meal plan. We asked rice with curry they suggested chicken South Indian platter is better. After a while we got all the starters of chicken with naan in our lunch. The staff is not working for the customer satisfaction they are working to sale the food. We are not happy with the staff.

Waiting long time and Price High and Food Ok . ATMOSPHERE REALLY Cool Opposite Forum Mall .

Disappointed. Over priced items. Nuggets were charged above Rs250 and that was too medium in quantity. Service was top notch and the ambience was really good inside. Would not recommend it if you are looking for budget friendly restaurants with good food.

Too much crowded after the launch of FORUM Mall. The restaurant is not able to meet it. The number of staffs and service persons are very less. Thus the waiting time for food is more than 30 minutes and quality of food also decreased. It will be better if the restaurant management takes some measurements else everyone will depend on other nearby restaurants which are there in the competition.

Had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant a week ago and I must day it had one of the best food I've eaten in kochi. It's located right next to the empire grand suite hotel and as much as I'm not a fan of the hotel itself the restaurant is really good and totally worth visiting. The menu offered a massive selection of dishes from Arabic and kerala style dishes. We opted for the chicken biriyani some fish curry with rice and an American chop suey and I was not disappointed at all. All the dishes tasted amazing and felt very homely,especially the fish curry and rice and the biriyani. The non veg items tasted amazing and were extremely flavorful and the service was also really fast and nice. A huge contrast to the hotel right next to it which was very disappointing. I highly recommend it this restaurant to everyone looking for a food meal around these areas. The food is top notch and you won't be disappointed
