Hands down, best choice I've made training at this gym!!.. 2 months,almost 15 kgs deficited with some handsome strength training. Price is on the moderate side compared to the facilities and training it provides. Personal training is available, though u will be guided throughout,and that's the best part. One of the best Gyms in the city with good equipments and facilities. The ambience is great too. The owner and the trainers are quite friendly. Martial arts training is also provided to those interested.
The best gym I could find in Tripura. The machine are all maintained properly. And if you are a big lifter u would love the squat rack. The environment is super healthy , people actually help you out in form mistakes . One or two trainer is always present in the gym , who are also super knowledgeable and help you keep motivated. Last but not least the owner of the gym is also very much into fitness and totally understand your needs and will also hear out for any suggestions , though I doubt u will have any as everything is available in the gym. HAVE A GOOD LIFT TODAY.
