Irresponsible staff only working in front office. They giving one time for appointment. But waiting more then 5hr . If we ask that front office there is no response. I don't think they are human.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today, 22nd april 2023. The staff that was talking to me was very disrespectful and did not seem to have an understanding of the billing and testing process. This was a very unpleasant experience and made me feel unwelcome.
I understand that mistakes happen, but this type of behaviour should not be tolerated in any customer service situation. I hope you can take appropriate steps to ensure this type of situation does not occur again in the future.
This happened at the blood test billing counter.
One of the worst scan centre due to labours and sentimentally doesn't suit for pregnancy related topics for us.They doesn't value time and money...in total any in this center.
Who ever go they doing operation only don't prefer like this worst hospital for pregnant ladies if you go be ready for Operation 99% Operation only 1 or 2 % only normal worst
