Eminence Palm Residency - Hotel in Mount Abu - Sirohi, India

I think the hotel policy is such that when you approach them directly on front desk they will offer the room at dirt cheap rate n when you try to book the room on prior basis they will act like Taj n fall flat on commitment n have zero customer retention attitude,plus if any one wants to stay at the same price level there are many safe heaven example shiv villa better property sometimes less costly. Even if u have no other option I would advise against it.

This is not a hotel. its a apartment type rooms and they are too costly. Manager is also making you fools to book a rental vehicles. they have 3-4 boys to maintain all works for this apartment. Not getting proper hot water in the morning. pls dont book this apartment. you can get more option when you go there. there is lot of hotels are available to stay which is far good then this apartment rooms.

Okay okay experience, may be due to overloaded of weekends. Staff is cooperative. They have a fix time for hot water, sometimes out of that schedule they allow sometimes not. Good small garden, can accommodate around 10 people. They have restaurent under renovation, so they allow food in room or at garden area. Good for group of friends with family. Around 1km distance from main market. The hotel is at 1st and 2nd floor. The building premise has 3 hotels. May be around 5 car parking space. Few times electricity issue but got back in 10 minutes. My recommendations, okay okay for stay.

Food is not good we order dal tadka and we received boiled dal with tadka of ajwain no garlik, no onion no other masala without any test, we orderd veg subji they serve sabji with capsicum, funsi, and gravy. after party u have to take food from there but in evening we want to go out side for food there is no any restaurant near by the hotel in 3 kms radius, so we have to go more far for food. very bed. Located on main road, and room is specious but one toilet only for total 6 occupants, and i tell them before booking for that they told me we open second room only for toilet but when i asked than told me after checkout i will give u the room, its very bed he has to told this before booking. also not good in term of service when we booked room and order for anything the order served after one hour minimum even if u order for tea also. and when we told for check out and order for tea it will come in 15 minuts only. they sale the family room with terrace but the thing is totally different terrace is common only family room is last so you better access other wise not entry from your room.

NEVER NEVER NEVER GO AT THIS HOTEL. It's better to stay home. Nothing was great there. I can say worst place I have ever seen. Specially Mr.Bahadursing the manager was very rough in talking with ladies. No rooms quality, No food quality, No service quality Food took 2 hours to deliver with in the hotel which shows the poor quality of management. 3 hotels are in same building which is congested. there is no parking space. they showed the photos on google with high style hotel and when you see the rooms you realize that this is waste of money place.

Hotel is not upto the mark . Very highly priced if booked online. You can get a resorts and better hotels with breakfast in same price . Don't go with your family to this hotel . Just a big NO

Pathetic rooms, illiterate staff, rude reception guy, no basic aminities like hot water for shower, internet and no cable connections. When asked for this they have bad excuses but we have already paid and felt into the prey. It's not hotel ; it's pathetic motel. Guys don't fall in trap by their room pics online, all fake .
