Walking distance to nearby offices. Good service. But horrible mattress. Pls improve the mattress quality.
I stayed here for 2 weeks I must say i like that location near the high way...The staff are very kind and the place is safe ...The problem we had was that the ac had water leaked on it so in the morning the floor was always wet.. ... But overall, that place is ok for me, I will stay there again if ever I have a chance to visit India again ....

Good rooms but money eaters , they are not provide even water bottle complementary.
Room, location and cleanliness were good but they charged us heavy for mere small stain on the bedsheet.
No complimentary water bottle provided despite of booking Premium room (You have to buy separately for higher rate than MRP).
Sorry to say but from the Manager, to the people work here, everyone was money minded. This was my second visit here and will be my last.
Emerald Vista is a hotel situated in baner, Pune. It has spacious 1 rk service apartments which are loaded with facilities like fridge, microwave, electrical kettle, AC etc. The staff is friendly, the restaurant serves delicious food in reasonable prices, must visit place.
Rooms are good staff is helpful
Problem is no electricity back up for any thing not even lifts.
So if there is a repair or shut down or any electricity phase down then you will have to climb all the way up and all the way down if you are located on 5th floor it will be a daily exercise not recommended for old people
The owner is cooperative
Emerald vista has a great ambience at the perfect location. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!!!

Yashasvee, Deepak, Durgesh were superb.
though some issues were on services part but since they try their level best to put across best customer services.
