Front desk person is very helpful and nice to interact with. Massage therapist are also highly professional. Disciplined with their time management. I have been to other branch of Emerald spa, they never fail to give there guest a pleasurable experience.
All that a regular globe trotter desires is a spa that takes away the jet-legged experience of miles of traveling. We decided to venture out in Gurgaon as it was a transit point. After the seizure of the shopping mania, i and my friends checked into Westin and headed straight away to the Emerald spa. We have heard some really positive words about this place and frankly my experience superseded my huge expectations. The ambience and the skilled masseuse made it an unforgettable experience for me. When i got up after an hour of pampering, i wasn't feeling jet-legged anymore and I came out as fresh as a morning daisy!
Emerald spa is a good place to relax & rejuvenate yourself. My overall experience was very nice & relaxing. The spa has professional therapist & supportive front desk. I am a frequent customer of this place, whenever I have visited, this place has never let me down in terms of services. I strongly recommend to visit this place if in case you need to relax your body.

I've been to Emerald several times. The management and staff is well coordinated and therapists are very professional. The deep tissue massage is worth trying. They would take good care of the troubled points while doing the massage. Also their membership plans are very pocket friendly and worth taking of you are person who prefers to go for massage frequently. Manager is good with the understanding and requirement of the clients.
The kind of welcome and services I got at Emerald Spa, I could not resist to share my experience with you all. As I am allergic to oils, I opted for thai traditional full body massage. It gave me tremendous relaxation and I was relaxed and rejuvenated after taking massage and a hot shower. Overall, I truly enjoyed my session at Emerald Spa. Worth going and trying its various therapies.
