Ganga ghat which is main usp of this project is not like what you have in haridwar. Maybe this can be defined as a plus point by builder to show secure location and distance from ganga, but frankly speaking it will be a view of damp river and from terrace it will be barely visible. There is a dharamshala, farmland and private local plots in neighbouring vicinity. Any major Hospital or school are not visible nearby. Property is located near to NH34, 4-6km from harki pauri. Connected to main road 200m away via 20ft road, which seems narrow. Have a little swimming pool, a small play area. All flats come furnished with medium quality accessories. 3bhk (2Cr ground floor/2.4Cr 1st floor with terrace) : 1500sqft Super area and 1100sqft carpet area 2bhk (60-70Lac) : 900sqft Super area and 600sqft carpet area, distributed over 3 floors. 1bhk (40Lac ): 600sqft Super area and 400sqft carpet area, distributed over 3 floors. Pros: Overall area is green and possibly a good option for vacation home. Ganga river bed. Close to main haridwar. Emerald Riviera Hotel Resort this place is situated at Gajiwali, Shyampur near to Haridwar. It is situated at an approximate diatance of 10 km from Haridwar station and at a same distance form Hari ki pauri haridwar. It is situated near to the Natonal Highway Haridwar- Nazimabad. You can travel here through a car or a privatw vehical or an auto. Regular autos to this place are also available from Chandi Ghat, Haridwar. This place has beautifull views and the vuew of river Ganga is awesome . Attaching some of the photos I have clicked here.

It is NOT a resort, the club house was supposed to start 5 years ago...even the construction is not complete yet The services are really pathetic, you buy a house and they stop listening to you...after getting money. In my house they put a color powder instead of cement and despite many reminders not ready to clean it. Better to pay for a few days and stay to check the quality of responses. I would suggest not buying a place here because the quality of material used is not very good.

Never saw a resort location like this in Uttrakhand. I m sure once anyone visit that beautiful location , will never go to any hotel/resort in haridwar.

It is under construction. The approaching road is horrible. It is located at the bank of river. Once the road is properly linked with national high way and rooms are ready it can be a solace place for retired life.
