Very bad experience with this hotel. I stayed in 402 and room was full of Cockroachs. Also the room and beds were not hygienic. The price of room was 3500/- but I think in this price I could have booked better hotel somewhere else. But did a mistake to book this hotel. I would suggest everyone not to booked this hotel. Also there was no complimentary water bottles , coffee sachets, brush and soaps. When i informed they only provided handwash thats it. There are many bad feedback to say. So only suggestion is avoid this hotel as much as possible.

I stayed in this Hotel in 2018, it was good and was really impressed with Rooms and Service. Now I am feel bad to see Negative review, I request the Hotel Management to immediately fix all the MINOR complaints to get better ratings.

I could have rated it 0 stars instead of 1 if i had the option. The hotel manager was very rude. I don't know why so much ego, we weren't staying there for free. We asked him the room price and just because we replied to his price offer after 2-3 minutes, he replied very shamefully " ab me aapko koi room nahi de raha, itna soch rahe ho room lene se pehle. Jao jaake koi aur hotel dekho" I would never recommend anyone to go to this cheap hotel. If the hotel manager is this cheap, you cannot expect good hospitality.

0 stars...Very poor and bad experience. No service. They given me room near boiler it creates me headache all over night. Even on complaining they did not listen. I will advise do not plan any stay here.

The rooms are not clean. In our room, window door was not getting closed shut, so bad air and noise was coming in. Hot water was very slowly coming.

The location is Good, but the Rooms and Service really needs to be improved. The AC was leaking, the bed was not comfortable.

The only good thing about the hotel is it's location. The accessibility is good and the area is not crowded. Parking facilities are available. However the hotel is in shambles, when it comes to maintenance. The rooms and washrooms are filthy. Linen doesn't appear to have been washed in ages. The service is also very poor. I did bring some issues to the notice of the service desk but was met with a cold shoulder.

Very noisy which can cause head ache, television not working, small room, lack of lighting in the bathroom. Even mobile charging point was far away from bed. Out of two days booking 1 day got spent in fixing all above problems by changing the room. Overall experience was not good.
