One of the worest functional hall experiences we had. ACs don't work and also management does not respond to request for tower cool or fan as we have days old baby on stage who was agitated due to heat. Food catering is worest items finished and taste is not good. Overall very bad experience

Embassy Hotel is one of the best family hotels in guntur. From the friendly staff to well-equipped rooms, we are completely satisfied by their service and would recommend it to others as well.
1. Charges based on 24 hour format, which is good. However, even for an additional stay of an hour led to a discussion/debate for additional payment.
2. Dental kit was not provided during my visit. Water bottles (limited) provided as complimentary.

Half cut bottle given as a mug. No shower. Water leaked from glass wall during rain and all the bags on floor are wet(camera laptop...)
