Emami City - Apartment complex in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

Residential complex with multi rise buildings, spread across a large campus. The campus has a lake, a Lakshmi Narayan temple, eatery, park, gas station for internal supply. Great ambience within.

Good looking residential complex along with great club facilities but construction quality is very poor. Leakages and damp walls are common for most of the flats. Top floors and roof leak heavily during rain season for most of the buildings. Children playing area is not adequate. Shortage and scarcity of water at the complex. Flats are quite expensive compared to amenities and quality of construction.

This is a challenging environment with strong cultural ties to the Marwari community. Consider carefully before purchasing a property here, as you might encounter persistent teasing, discomfort, inflated property prices, hostility, and unwarranted behavior.

We recently shifted to emami city kolkata. Location is prime,open space with lots of greenery. Wonderful club house with all modern facilities. Well maintained property. Negative point is that flooring works specially of bathrooms are poorly done. Retail shops which were said that will open inside the complex had not opened yet and it seems will not open any time soon.

Ridiculous property! Take a look at the attached picture - this happened within 4 years of us buying this disgusting flat from these cheats! This is water leakage from an ac plug. This is just one problem I'm highlighting, this complex is full of such issues, everyday a new problem comes up and you have to call the emami people like 10000 times before they answer or come to take a look/handle your issues. So if you're considering buying a flat here, buy at your own risk! Don't go by he fake narrative they put in place to sell their property, don't go by the false advertisements and their paid positive reviews. Everyone I know is sick of this property and they feel cheated...

Awesome place to live. Clean and green, well maintained. Ample of parking space, a community hall with gym and swimming pool. It also have a lake and a beautiful temple. Rooms are spacious. I attended a wedding and stayed here for 2 days. Awesome experience.

Nice place to stay.All modern facilities are available with lots of greenery everywhere. Gym, swimming pool, club house, lake water body with artificial fountains. Nice locality with airport in vicinity and also Metro Station. Big Hospitals are also nearby and popular schools and colleges. I feel there should be an ATM inside which is very important.

Emami City is one of biggest and scenic residential complexes on the Jessore road. It is situated between nagerbazar more and central jail more in dum dum. This place is well connected by bus and auto rickshaw routes between nagerbazar more and airport gate number one. Cycle rickshaws and totos are also available at this places to commute to nearby places. This residential complex is beautifully built and it is well maintained. Crowd and traffic is high during morning ang evening hours.
