Overall a decent stay. Checkin was not allowed until 1pm, no problems there as it is their right. Asked for govt IDs of all the guests (not just the primary guest). Rooms are very spacious. One observation, not a complaint: called room service and they told a higher rate for room delivery of breakfast items, so we ordered very less quantity, but the actual bill received is lesser than what they told over phone. Not sure what is right and why the difference.
Food was awesome. they have some access card issue after evry day we need to ask them to check or active the card if we stay for long time. staff was wonderful. In my stay only a person is not helpful other than that from security to waiter to the manager staff all are polite and helpful.

Overall good experience, booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. we reached Chennai early in the morning, so i asked for early in, they told us to pay for early check-in which was around 4hrs before check-in time Rooms & bathrooms were neat and clean. The king size room was big enough. they provide dental kit, shaving kit, soap shampoos etc Food: they provide veg & non-veg, breakfast buffet was good having lots of options, it's good to include breakfast while booking rooms. The main course was fine, Chinese dishes were not up to mark & and needed to improve. Biryani's meat pieces were cooked well but it's aroma and rice flavour we didn't like much. For those who are looking for drinks Bar is available, swimming pool they closed, so no swimming pool. On request they provide cabs from their tours &travels partner, they take charge on per kilometre basis. Thanks
Room is clean and good but staffs are very very lazy. Especially the restaurant don't have 90 percentage of food which they mentioned in the menu. They have only Briyani friend rice and chilli chicken but they list too many western, Italian, Mexican and seafood kind of stuff just to make you read. I have requested for two empty plates but even after frequent calls to restaurants and reception they didn't provided me and I went to restaurant and collected plates in person after 30 mins of fed up. Entire mood is spoiled behalf their lazy staffs in restaurant. Pathetic, it will be one last time of staying hear. If you want peace and calm please Pefer some other hotels.
felt like the receptionist was kinda rude, hotel staff were nice. had booked twin deluxe room, the ac wasn't working, we were given a smaller twin bedroom after that. we had checked in 10pm , had a flight at 7pm the next day, our checkout time was at 12pm the next day, we had asked they could extend the stay just for a few more hours, which other hotels have let us do, like till 2-3pm to which they denied and said they will charge extra room was spacious but bathroom didn't have all the amenities.
