Been regularly taking my elderly mother for physiotherapy here. On a separate occasion also consulted the general physician for an infection. Have also availed the radiology and lab services here apart from the pharmacy. Satisfied, happy and comfortable with the response, results, treatment, diagnosis. The atmosphere, clean hygienic environment and the professionalism, efficiency, kindness, politeness and warmth of the entire staff, team and doctors here is highly commendable. Also have to mention, the injection was administered in a painless manner, to my relief.

Well, I must thank this clinic for the superb hospitality service. Special thanks to Madhu, who have been grateful all the time and must say if u are afraid of injections/vaccines , you must try to get it by her - it's totally painless. She must be very professional and trained for the same. Thanks to all the staffs as well, they are very polite, humble and response to each and every query very efficiently.

We had been to this hospital so many times before & no complaints so far.But today(12.10.2023)morning We were waiting to take the ultrasound scan for my husband.We went there & waited from 8am. Only 2 patients were there before us.We were not called till 10am. As it was getting late for our office, we had to leave from there. I would like to give a piece of advice to the management. Pls keep in mind, we have also got some job to do & we can't wait there just sitting for hours together. allot the scan timing for each person as 30 min or so, so that we will be coming there according to our slot, so that both of our works would get completed peacefully.

Dr. Santhosh NS Neurologist , was really patient and listen to our concerns. Have checked and diagnosed properly. More than medicines list have suggested good health tips for daily health routine. Highly recommendable. ELV health care team have organised politely and timely slot best for us and doctor for visit. Stay cool and healthy

Very Good Hospital , Treatment is very Good , I went here for ENT and consulted Doctor Rajiya She is very nice and Understood my problem very clearly and suggested the good medicine. Best thing is she won't suggest any big scanning tests unless it is needed. I feel very comfortable even which was not given by some of the big hospital like Swasta since she made us very confident and shown the real root causes for the issues and suggested best Guidelines to cure the things.

Consulted doctor Helen for fever and cold. The hospital staff and nurses were very kind and helpful. Very professional hospital and the hospital atmosphere is also good. I visit here to take my regular injections for pregnancy also. And the nurses were very kind and understanding. Would highly recommend.

This is my fourth time that I am visiting ELV Clinic. The best doctors and very nice management talks nicely when ever I visit very supportive. Even reception people are much helpful. The dentist Dr Vijayantha and gynecogist Dr Meenakshi are excellent. Will wish you them all the best and continue to offer the best care.
