I have been visiting the business quite regularly in the early 80s. However, I visited with family after over 40 years. Always had a very pleasant experience including the current one. The centralized location makes it very desirable. The rooms, service and staff behaviour are all of a very high order. I distinctly remember my first ever sizzler at the property, some time in 81 or 82.
it was just ok type of hotel in the heart of the city ie hazratganj. breakfast buffet was not there as lesser no of guests in hotel. restaurent was completely empty when I took breakfast. breakfast was not tasty. food - 2.5/5 rest is okay. housekeeping staff was good 4/5. as I chose their highest category room so the room was quite good. only drawback was no window in the room. 3/5.
Poor Hotel, Poor People, just want to mint money....I booked through the Corporate m.no and the hotel staff went furious and provided poor service..no hot water, no lift working, no food...no tandooor...owner wanted 8000 per day...i booked it by 3500 per day....so staff went furious and did not provided services...do not ever go...they will loot you...**sho** people...ba***ds
Never ever stay here. Poor Service Each and every thing in room needs maintenance. Only 1 staff available in morning breakfast, slow service.
Find nice place to be. The only drawback was this hotel preferred corporate clients. If you are an individual traveler please prefer to stay some where els.
They arranged breakfast packets also at 3.30 am itself. Excellent service. Located nearby main centres and airport.
