I visited Ella on 21 July. I wanted an early appointment and was delighted that they provide services as per customer requirements. I did hair cut, blow dry and hair highlights along with manicure. I must say the results are really amazing. Loved the diligence with which Beauty Expert Sindhu handled my hair. Sindhu knew my hair was just treated prior and advised me to take temporary blow dry instead of permanent. The services were so promptly done with no wastage of time. The salon is clean and well kept. All the staff of the salon are professional. Highly recommended this salon. Nb : I am a frequent salon visitor at salons in kochi. After this wonderful experience, I think I'm going to stick with Ella at Thiruvalla.

Received the best threading experience.. the lady who did my threading knew her trade well! Got a pretty good hair cut too.. efficient and cheerful staff! I'm giving only 4 stars as I'm a bit unsure about the neatness of the towel they used to wrap my head after my hair wash.. The place is very clean and accessible with affordable services..

Sindhu Chechi and her team did my bridal makeup. I am not good at doing my own makeup or grooming myself with cosmetics. So I always prefer professionals, and having changed my location, I was trying to find someone good with microblading. Sindhu Chechi really again proved herself in my case, and she ended all my fears about microblading by having a lot of patience and also being artistic. It turned out so well that I am feeling more confident. She is a great makeup artist and trains her team so well with other things.

A very professional beauty salon, at par with the quality and standards that one gets in the metropolitan cities of India or abroad. There's a Unisex parlor which was awesome as me and my husband could get services done at same time. I got Botox hair treatment done which has given me great results and made my hair super smooth and manageable. My natural hair was frizzy ,dry and rough.The products used are branded. Very good hair treatments, hair coloring options and services like micro blading, body polishing, keratin hair treatment etc are available. Sindu makes sure that every customer gets the best care and personal attention. The staff are polite and professional.
