Hi, I am a regular customer to the Elite super market in selex mall. I always buy provisions for approx Rs 5,000 every month from your super market since 8 to 10 years. Today I faced a very awkward situation. One of the note was not accepted by the cashier as it was very mildly torn which was not even visible to me. The cashier told he cannot accept it, he checked with the manager also. The manager looks like a small kid who is not even matured enough to understand the situation. I told the note was accepted by me and was taken from the bank. Why would when I could accept the note given to me from the bank, cannot be accepted by the cashier. The manager was least bothered. I left all the items I purchased with a heavy heart and said that you are losing a regular customer. They said they are not bothered about it even if they lose a regular customer like me. I decided I will never ever go to Elite Super market. We have enough options in Thrissur to buy provisions at a reasonable price and with quality and dedicated staff.

Dear Manager I would like to inform you that,am very regular customer in your selex mall Shop, in a day i visit 3 to 4 time Only for coffee each and every employees they know very well to me even your security also , but today morning when I visit in your shop they saying first you have to pay then only we can allow the coffee, and that time I was with my guest, in that situation I feel very heart, I just move to the billing counter paid the bills and but I not try coffee from your Shop..I'm yours regular customer there many times I visit with my different different friends.. really sorry to say that i will never go your shop! A decent supermarket with quality stuffs. They have a small bakery outlet within the supermarket. The trending honey cake from Beehive is available here. Good customer service. Following all COVID protocols.

You can get pretty much everything there. I don't know much about the prices. There are discounts though.

Personally I had a very bad experience. It has been a couple of times that I've been facing this kind of rude behaviour from the lady staffs at the billing section. Can't even ask basic questions to them. Literally got humiliated for asking simple things. And I'm giving 1 star rating because I can't rate 0 star.

Have been a regular customer of Elite for more than two decades. From a single store to multiple stores over the years, their service standards have remained the best. Feedbacks and complaints are taken extremely seriously and attended to full satisfaction.
