Horrible experience with the management. Most of the time the reception counter was found deserted without any responsible persons to attend the customer calls and complaints. They never cared for even for our genuine complaints. The sanitary and hygiene standards are the worst. Nobody cared even when worms were found in the kettle. Interior floor is sticky to touch without having any mopping done for days may be. No hot water facility and water was not coming in some of the taps. Air conditioner was not working and the so called technician couldn't repair. The room lock was faulty and that too was not repaired. The property is well designed with all basic infrastructure but this could've been one of the best hotels in the city if it were properly managed.

Worst than ever. Poor maintenance. Blamed us for their unmaintained improper maintenance. Even basic utensils are not provided like other hotels. Didn't expect this worst quality in bangalore. The bathroom hanger was broken before we arrive but they blamed us while vacating. Please don't come to this inn or hotel whatever nonsense it is. Pretty much f***ed up.

Good rooms.....A/C rooms are available.....clean room.... Amazing dinning hall at the top....lift facility is available.....we have to wait for a while check in......

Terrible. Room was reasonably clean but shabby and tired - wallpaper hanging off and linen stained. No assistance offered with bags or setting in (I am 68 female) and no information about hotel facilities. Fridge and fan not working. No soap or anything in bathroom Wardrobe but no clothes hangers? I stayed 1 night only then moved to hotel closer to airport which was wonderful (and cheaper) I asked for a second bottle of water when I checked out and the surly desk guy wanted me to pay for it.

Stayed there for a night. Good place to stay. Nothing fancy. Has just the right amount of simple amenities that one coule look forward to in a simple hotel stay. Has a lift. Shower was great. Lessened a star on rooms only because the health faucet wasnt working. Not a major inconvinience though. I appreciate the fact that the room had 2 mini water bottles. AC was working. Overall a good stay. I slept peacefully!

I booked this hotel based on a suggestion from my friend. But, my experience was nothing short than horrible. They deny check-ins for a confirmed booking and will inform the guest to call the customer care of whichever app used to book the room for a change of hotel without any shame and they won't be ready to answer any further questions why they are denying the check in for a confirmed booking. The general understanding is, they earn more profits by renting the rooms on an hourly basis since it is in a good location. The hotel is a complete disgrace to the travel and stay industry. It's my earnest suggestion to people who travel for business or as a family to avoid this hotel at any cost.

They don't care about their reputation. One of the worst experiences I have ever had, They don't care about their regular customers. What they provide is the box size room with no facilities, Dirty and stinky washroom also drainage does work properly. If we complain they ask extra money to provide a better room, this is what they do with their client.

Overall good & Supportive, but the Checkout time is mentioned as 12:29pm in OYO while booking but once we reached to hotel it is mentioned the Checkout time is 11:30am as per policy so while booking kindly provide the valid information.
