Elite Hotel - Hotel in Asansol - Paschim Bardhaman, India

Although , pre booked , the hotel authority was not giving me my room. They waited me for almost 4 hrs to provide my room, after much confrontation but also without changing bedsheet, cleaning the room, toilet etc. Although it is mentioned that toiletries are included in the package, they have not provided me the items, there is no provision of providing food also. T he hotel staffs are very rude to their new customers. They always provide advantage to their old & existing customers, though they have not pre booked. So, overall the hotel is not as much average as it is shown in the internet or any other source.

Good place for giving treats, parties. Also its pocket friendly for those who are giving treats. My friend bolrought me here for his bday treat and I was curious why now I know why Food quality is good, we had few starters and then dosa (all time favorite) and ice-cream. I think they should have one more ice cream flavour with chocolate and simple ice cream. The place is neat and clean, bathroom is also in good condition. Waiters are very friendly in nature overall good place.

First the hotel I have booked was denied my check in, later I have waited outside in the rain for almost 1 hour for shifting my booked property. Before shifting to the new property I have told to ur associate to provide me a neat and clean room with completely cleaned washroom. But the room floor of my new property I.e. Hotel Elite Plaza, room no.- 106 was so awful. wall was sinking with the raining water, the entire room was stinks like hell, our pillow also became wet due to raining walls of the room, washroom was also dirty, taps were broken, commode was so dirty that we didn't use that. we left that hotel within 4 hours only. so terrific experience!!

Hotel was good.The only problem I faced was the difference in the price mentioned on OYO app and the price quoted by the hotel staff to me. I even called your customer care but you didn't picked it up. I was little tired and exhausted so I slept and didn't argued to hotel staff. And paid the price more than which was listed in your app. So kindly show what is true. Don't cheat your customers.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed. I've booked this Hotel from OYO and it doesn't meet my expectations. I've wait at their reception for more than around half n' hour, cause they didn't make my room ready yet. After such long waiting, finally I got a room. The rooms are too small for 2 Guests. I've booked the room for 2 guests though I was single; so that I can comfortably accommodate myself. But unfortunately, they put me in a room room with a single bed. Not only that but also after the check in conformation they forced me to pay the hotel bill in advance. Now for the first time, a hotel from OYO don't have sufficient amount of toiletry kit for the customers. They put an old used soap in my room so that I can use that one. Hopefully they will improve the services in future.

My experience with hotel very bad due to this hotel staf are very careless and room,bad cloth not clean. and bathroom condition is very bad.

I stayed b4 3 days. The budget and the room are average but TV was not working. Overall this hotel is more preferable than others near by this location.

Location is very good also staff behaviour are polite but I think customers deserve better room or facilities in this price
