Elite Hotel, Charummood - Restaurant in Charummoodu - Alappuzha, India

Customers beware. They are a glorified chayakada. Only porotta and beef are worth having here. Rest everything, from biryani ans mandi to every sharja shake are sub par. Bonus points for those opting takeaway parcel, they will offload old and smelly food. I had to celebrate New Year Eve 2023 with smelly chicken Biryani Avoid from Elite hotel. Avoid this hotel at all times.

One of the best resturant in town. Good customer service with nice ambiance. A clean and hygiene place for family dine Porotta and beef fry is outstanding. Cakes also delicious. All the bakery items are best in town. Arabic dishes are satisfactory. Large parking is one of the main attraction. If you want a pocket friendly menu with medium quality food you can choose this hotel.

We ordered a lot of dishes as takeaway for dinner for 3 families. Food was moderate, order to collection time was quick. The person who took order was super efficient in handling the order process from helping me with selection to the super quick delivery. All items met our expectations well. spice level was slightly higher for all in our family. This is a normal day type restaurant/bakery, but not a special day dine out. They meet all expectations well for the business type.

Maintain food quality consistently, less parking facility as it us beside KP road. Good service

Went this hotel on the way to the railway station from Adoor. The shake given by them had a foul taste when asked they were saying it's because of the ice cream or maybe from the syrup. A guy came and tasted it and said nothing. Went. Disgusting at its peak. Then we kept aside the shakes and ordered two grape juices. We had to get our train too. We waited for around 15 mins then a man came and said one who makes juices is not here. He simply made us wait there. And the biggest waste is sitting in the counter. Why the hell purpose is he sitting there? Very rude behaviour when a customer was giving some complaints. There are several bakeries and hotels near the KP road.

Veru worst experience.. We are vegetarions we orderd for veg curries or curry less porotta.. Insted they parcelled chicken curry.. Wastage of food and cash..

Food is somewhat ok.. But not prefferable, ambience is mint, customer service is poor

The best restaurant in charummoodu with an amazing and delicious food at an affordable rate. The restaurant was very hygienic and all the staff were friendly and they provided good service.Everything about this restaurant was great. Highly recommended...
