Worst staff...very rude answers by the staff.... Doctor should focus on getting good people

Treatment is good doctor is very polite

I m very old patient of Dr Babul Reddy from last 7 years He is very humble and nice doctor. He listen patient politely and gave enough time to examine . No unnecessary test. Agree appointment is bit complex but as compared to other doctors which gave appointment to large number of patients and just don't have enough time t check properly l am happy to be here . Very worst clinic I have seen in my life, govt hospitals gives better response to patients. Reception team behaves as if we are begging them and did not gave appointment as i was late for 10 min. This is too much...receptionist behaviour was worst towards us. I request everyone to avoid this clinic then they will come to know the value of customers. They are earning the money because of us and they are showing off for an appointment.

Worst clinic no proper response for reception staff and waiting hour more then 1hour if your looking for professional hospital so this is not plz avoid if you need in emergency

Horrible experience, visited as a walkin at 4.05pm they gave 7.05pm appointment but they allowed me to doctor at 8.55pm.Worrest staff, if ur calling to hospital they r telling 15 patients will treat daily but they r taking 15 online appointments and 15 phone call appointments. they r not understanding even patient condition also. If u have patience u can visit hospital otherwise Better u can choose best hospital.

I took a consultation for my mother from last 6months, babul reddy who always suggest high expensive medicines though we have alternative good med and really don't give much information while we consult about the problem. My suggestion you should always be ready with your questions and minimum waiting time will bes atleast 3 hours if u walkin. I had a bitter experience when he insisted frequent doc visits if we raise a concern, he simple said go to government hospital if u can't spend which is very atrocious.
