Where to start,joined only for weight loss,but having a steep peak in both mentally and physically. Trainer Mr.Moorthy suggests a perfect workout and meal plan that doesn't need a harsh diet. It's so comfortable to be under his training.Overall, losing weight and getting into a healthy lifestyle with his training will be perfect only and only if we are consistent. Workout area is filled with necessary equipments.He is the best certified trainer in town as far as I know.

Mr.Moorthi who owns Elite CrossFit fitness Centre is an excellent experienced trainer. I proudly / happily call him Magician Moorthi . My severe knee pain got dissipated and I restarted my game of Tennis. It was a wonderful 3 month's here in the elite cross fit studio. Within two and half months I reduced my weight from 81.4 kgs to 76.2 kgs without following any strict diet. Sincere thanks to Mr.Narayanamoorthy who is a certified physical trainer followed by dietician too. Speaking about the infrastructure the gym floor has an ample space and has all the essential equipments required for a cross fit studio. If you follow the diet and be consistent in your workout -anyone can achieve heights!

Mr Moorthy's effort for making us fit is awesome. His knowledge helping out a lot to stay fit. He advise n share nutrition diet plan for having good health.

Moorthy is an excellent coach. His training is based on your body conditions and your goal and they are effective and fun. He pushes you when you need to be pushed and not blindly. My spondylosis pains are in total control since I started training with him. One of the best places in udumalpet for fitness training.
