I had a very bad experience.i did hair smoothning, they charged me heavily and it was not worth it. After a week itself my hair were measurable. We do smoothning for straight hair but what I got was more freezy hair . Very disappointed. Never visiting them again. If you can't take the responsibility of your own actions, atleast you should not blame it on customer. This is not the first time I had done hair smoothning, so I know how to take care of it . I would've given rating in minus if google would have allowed. My sis got her nail art done just two days before her "roka". Two got removed even before the function started and two after that. See the pic. You charged an exorbitant price of 2k for this and still ruined her day with your incompetence.
Excellent service by Pooja Chauhan ji. She was very polite and provided an awesome service. My heels were very severely damaged but with just one sitting, I can see visible changes.
