Good place for an overnight stay. Nothing too fancy. Reasonably neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. Just a tad old and over used. But considering that they charged us only Rs 2180 per room, it was a real deal. The rooms are spacious, AC worked well, hot water, supplied an iron box when we asked and the bell boy who showed us our rooms was "service with a smile." Loved the window seat and good positioning of furniture.
Nice location for Trivandrum explore!, neat rooms, and dedicated parking. Bathroom & blanket cleaning could have been better. Friendly staffs on reception, security helped for parking every time. Thanks.

Very well maintained and clean premises. The rooms are so gorgeous and has a peaceful ambience.
We faced bad experience from Manager. We took 4 rooms and our check out was at evening 11:00 PM but the manager came to rooms in morning itself and shouted us to check out immediately. Then we contacted the owner and he talked with us nicely. We still don't why the manager shouted us to checkout in mid of our stay. Rooms are good and well maintained.
A hotel near railway station with decent rooms. There's no restaurant so you can visit local eateries nearby or order through Swiggy or Zomato. Dedicated parking is available for 6-7 cars, street parking is not allowed. Check in and check out is 24 hours.
All the taps in the bathroom were leaking and the floor was slippery. We asked for a different room Or a discount, but the response was you can check out now. This after we had dragged our bags up. Very unprofessional behavior from the management. They did not even apologize. And this happened in a 2000 rupee room!
