Only Good thing is- Cafe is good. I like cafe design and decoration, lighting combination is great. But Food quality is not good or up to the mark according to Price they charge. Taste is ok ok. Wait period was too Loong after food order
Customer Service is not appropriate it took them 45 mins to serve cold coffee and 25 mins to remember that they haven't even served water, while others who came later got their orders first, and while giving them feedback about it during billing didn't even bother to listen.
Cafe is present in Koni and is one of the best cafe in Bilaspur if you're looking for taste. The only thing is that they serve only vegetarian cuisines. So, if you are a hardcore meat lover then leave this cafe Overall ambiance is decent and customer service behaviour is very cooperative. If you want to take your family out for a dinner or lunch then it's a good choice for that. Couples can also enjoy quality time as it's not crowded all the time.
