The overall experience was good, the ambience is fine, rooms are tidy and well maintained, the only thing that didn't meet my expectations was the food. There were less options for vegetarians, the food was either too spicy or too bland, the taste was okish and didn't justify the prices. There's no Italian and Mexican cuisine.

We booked a total of 4 rooms. The room was okay, until we found that a big rat had come into the room. It was in the middle of the night and no new room was offered to us. It seemed to have come from a hidden hole in the ceiling. They told us that pest control can only come in at 7 in the morning. We left to go stay somewhere else for the night, and when we checked out the next day, no apology or any regrets were communicated. Very disappointing and honestly disgusting and I would suggest you to think twice before booking at this place again. There was also a lot of confusion on the number of rooms booked, and staff seemed incompetent. The house-keeping staff did not clean the room until we called them. And they never kept clean towels after the cleaning was done, so we had to call them for clean towels every single time. In another incident, the waiter kept forgetting that we are guests at the hotel and wanted to invoice us even though he noted down our room number earlier. He also forgot my order of an onion dosa and when I reminded him about it 30 minutes later, he comes back with a masala dosa. The lime soda with salt came as just a soda (sweet) in spite of reminding them (twice on the phone and once in person) that it should be a SALT LIME SODA. Mr. Pawan Kumar, please take action against your staff who are the absolutely untrained to interact with customers. Leave alone problem-solving abilities, they don't have the basic courtesy to understand the clients needs.

We have been a frequent visitor to Elegant hotel mainly for the food they offer. They have a wide variety of options and the service is top notch. A staff named Vijaya was especially helpful. Highly recommend it.

We booked a banquet hall for one of my family function. The food was very very bad. Rice not cooked properly. All the curries are very very sweet. Not at all worth the money. Only breakfast was a bit better.

I conducted a get together for my doctor friends. It was amazing experience. Hospitality was excellent from their side for my banquet hall party. Mr Chandra Rao, the banquet hall manager had taken special care of us in all the aspects . I wish everyone must visit the restaurant and can book the banquet hall for any party. I am satisfied with the services.

Had wonderful stay with elegant, rooms was neat and food was tasty front office staff welcoming way I loved it a lot, over all good

We had a good time staying there Rooms were very comfortable. Front office staff was very good especially Micheal The only default is taste of the food. Everything was nice

The place had barely 2 tables full but still the staff was completely overwhelmed to handle any more orders. They took more than an hour to get our order and there were scenes with other guests returning their orders, as they took forever. The food itself was served in small soup bowls, but with exorbitant mark-up! Taste was ok though. Very very forgetable experience. And as I was leaving, the manager of the place came to me blaming his own staff for being lazy and bungling up every time. So yeah, don't go here if you don't want to deal with this place's staff issues and internal bickering.
