Very bad experience... I ordered 7 seater sofa from this shop. The day (2nd June) it was deliverd to me, I saw some scratches nd cuts in the fabric... I complained about it and send pictures of it... But they give excuses and tell me to call again nd again... I called them... But including today's ( 3rd August)call, my problem is same and my issue is not resolved.... They tell me to call again... Nd tomorrow I 'll call them again.

What a worst experience we have I am highly disappointed by the shop and its service . What they say before buying the product they will not fulfill it they will make a lot of fake promises to you but they won't stand on their words . Service is really bad and just a waste of time to go here even the products are not upto the mark and it will not even justify the price we pay . We have to call them everytime either they don't pick up the call or say that okay it will be done but the problem is still unsolved . Apart from it the shop owner is really bad his attitude towards the customer is really not acceptable. Such a rude and arrogant person I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from here otherwise you will definitely suffer with something or the other (buy at your own risk). Not in a mood to give 1 star also such a pathetic experience I have from here.

Very bad experience. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this furniture store. We bought a dinning table from here and it is such bad quality that it got rust everywhere within 2 weeks. When we tried to contact the store manager, he was never available. After multiple attempts, they agreed to replace the table. But then as a replacement they sent us a lower quality table which also had a defect. When we objected, they said this is all they can do and refused to refund us the rest of the amount. We are tired of chasing them now and very much disappointed from their service. Sir, In response to your reply..our's is not a wooden table. FYI, It has a marble top with metallic lines all over it which has got rusted. Please stop denying the facts. This is neither going to help you nor us. I have posted the pics of our dinning table from one of the corners. Same is the condition all over. Would really appreciate if you could give any solution instead of refusing the fault.
