Overall experience was really good with this resort. Staff was very helpful and the owners were friendly. Food was good very similar to home made food which is ideal for spiritual trips. Rooms were a little dusty in beginning but easily got them cleaned. Besides rooms they also offer other facilities like swimming pool, gym, swings, trampoline etc which can be fun for kids. Location was a little far from main city but they provide shuttles so it is not a big challenge.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. What stood out the most were the food and the swimming pool. The diverse menu and taste was just amazing. The swimming pool was a highlight of my stay. Not only was it impeccably clean, but it also offered a great view of the surrounding landscape.

Overall my experience was very good of staying here with my family. We booked executive suite. Rooms were very good and spacious. There were some issues in room but those were negligible. Food in the restaurant was very good, and service from staff was exceptional.

I had a blast. I had booked 8 cottages which was kinda a private party and we had an amazing experience. Pool was clean and the best part was good. I got to know that they are only one providing tents in Vrindavan

I stayed with my family here and my stay was really good I would highly recommend everyone this resort. They allowed us early check in. During the time the mandir was closed this resort has activities like movie theater,swimming pool, amusement rides for kids that let had us engaged. The best part is it is the biggest resort in Vrindavan. Staff was very sweet and cooperative and food was really tasty.

Our recent stay at Elegance Resort wasn't great, to be honest. The manager, the guy with the French beard, was pretty rude. We had to wait for 40 minutes before he finally gave us a room. And when we got to our rooms, they were far from clean - pretty disappointing for what we paid. Even a budget hotel would have been cleaner. The staff didn't really know what they were doing. Need more training. Considering all this, I don't think the price we paid matched the experience we got. Don't waste your money on this resort.
