This building has many office spaces. It has washroom facility. This building provides free parking but it is limited only. People have to park their vehicles outside to reach this building. It is located in centre of the city. Thousand ligts metro Station is nearest metro.
A well known pioneer office cum Business complex in Nungambakkam high road. There is paid parking inside the complex making it attractive.
Old building. Needs to be renovated. It's a business centre with various business shops and offices are there. Karthik Chidambaram MP office is here. Enough parking facilities for both two wheeler and four wheelers. But they are charging for parking. In the parking area good tea shop is there.

The place has yuri's gaming yard, which is one of old gaming centers in Chennai. Has decent amount of parking space for both 2 and 4 wheelers. Nothing else fancy is there in the building that I know of.

One of my favorite malls in Chennai. Overall clean and well maintained. Toilets are also clean and automatic hand dryers were there. Variety of shops, not all expensive like Express Avenue.
