Probably the best Apartment based township on Kursi Road. Other townships are either low on construction quality or high on criminal stuff. This is one of the best place to live in if you've a family but if you're a couple or single person then please look for other options and don't come here as this is good for Family only. Recently they're trying hard to maintain the place and renovate it. Work is going on in full swing and it'll be completed very soon.

Whn u c good reviews go and check urself. These reviews r done by owners as They Want the cost of property to go up including my sis who is also fed up and wants to sell flat on go to new building. All crooks live here and they fight like animals. Literally like animals. Nothing much to say about the condition of the apartment one visit will speak itself. One Mr ehaw also rated it five star and he is the one who created max ruckus. And left yhe society as it is not liveable many of yhem left and panning to leave just because the atmosphere is stinking.
A nice apartment complex that is close to the vegetable vendors and the main markets of the city.

Eldeco Eden park estate near tedhi pulia is a Very poor society, no one is here to listen you. Nothing is maintained or in a good condition 15 days before someone hit on our car nd now somebody hit compass on scooty. We are just here to give high maintenance without any facilities.
