Very liveable place and peaceful. Good facilities and nice community. Still lot of construction work is going on so the occupancy is still low. The approach road needs to be improved a lot to make the place more accessible. The maintenance of common facilities needs improvements. It is one of the good places in Kanpur to live.

Great place but too far from city
Good architecture.. But away from city.... Needs good connectivity from city ....
Best place but little bit out of place. Saturated in Sibli road. European like infrastructures,but from inside it's less spacious. Well furnished also have its own balcony as well as parking space. So overall it's good to stay. If you're working in IIT Kanpur, then it best place alternative to the Ratan planet
