Ekyam Sattvic Kitchen - Vegetarian restaurant in Ambala Cantt - Ambala, India

We went here for lunch, and the food was excellent. The specialty here is that these restaurants do not use flour and also do not use refined oils and sauces. But a little bit of a problem with parking.

Atmosphere is beautiful. And that's it. Service is super slow. Service is fast for thali people only but if you order other things, it's extremely slow. Even waiter forget our one order. We need to ask 2-3 times for refill item. Staff needs to be well trained and fast. Food is Ok. I love only one thing I.e. Mango shake other things are average. Not Recommended.

It was my first day at Ambala Cantt.I was staying nearby hotel. Just romming around, I saw this place and ordered a thali which is very tasty and good in quantity. Other than thali option it have plenty of items on the menu. It really reflect it's name in the quality of food and ambiance. One should try at least once for dinner at Ekyam Sattvic Kitchen.

I recently dined at this unique restaurant that left a lasting impression. The use of copper utensils added a distinct touch to the dining experience, while the absence of onion and garlic in each dish didn't compromise on the flavorful blend of spices. As an architect, the aesthetic appeal mattered greatly, and I was pleased with the terrazzo tiles and rustic paints, creating a visually pleasing ambiance that complemented the delicious cuisine.

Very unique concept. Food was very tasty and cooked with less oil and spices. Ordered samosas which are air fried. Everyday restaurant menu is changed here and variety of unlimited dishes served here. Keep up the good quality!

This purely Veg Restaurant is a venture of Fateh Chand Bansi Lal Jewellers that gives you a very different kind of food experience. A complete healthy dining place with a beautiful ambience. There is a limited food option as they strictly serve healthy food cooked in cold pressed mustard oil and Desi ghee. Only Organic flour and pulses are used. They don't use refined oil or flour or sugar. You can even see the food cooked from the glass wall. They have different menu for different days. Specially unlimited thali is the best option for lunch or dinner options. Snacks are best for munching your food cravings. The food is very simple and the taste is just simple. I just loved the satvik food. The staff is also very kind and courteous.

The taste of food is so delicious. The dining setup is very nice. Very fast service and the nature of the staff is polite. If you go there, the Thali option would be better than separate items, because Thali is unlimited and you can eat enough as per your requirement. I strongly recommend this restaurant.
